Pricing

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, CTI reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. High volume bids are welcome!

While CTI uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, CTI makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. CTI assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

 

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping to destinations within our resident states of business.  Customers will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate tax rate.
 

Payment

Credit Card


Credit card charges are not submitted until time of shipment. CTI does not apply any surcharge for credit cards.



COD


CTI will accept a cashiers check or money order on all COD orders. CTI will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 10 business days for clearing.

Returns

All merchandise may only be returned within twenty (20) calendar days from the time the shipment leaves CTI.


Software, memory, toner, cartridge, scanner or printer cleaning kit, roller and roller kit are not returnable under any circumstances.


Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return of any type will be accepted without a valid RMA number. Please submit the RMA Return Request Form to get a RMA number


All RMA numbers must appear on your return-shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date it was issued. Packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box or expired will be refused or returned to sender at the consumers risk and expense.


For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier
that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.


All shipping and insurance charges on all RMA’s must be prepaid by the customer (NO COD'S WILL BE ACCEPTED).


All returns for credit or exchange must be done within twenty (20) days of the invoice date.


All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and any other documentation included with the original shipment.


All Apple products must be unopened boxes as per Apple.


All returns for store credit or refund will be at eighty five percent (85%) of the original purchase price or eighty five percent (85%) of current market price, whichever is lower.


Shipping and handling costs will be reassessed for non-defective replacements.


Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.


Defective Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Seller's discretion.


All special order sales are final!


CTI makes no warranty or guarantee of compatibility of any type, implied or otherwise, on all items purchased.


Any extra courier charges resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address will be the responsibility of the purchaser.


We must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of any item that is missing or physically damaged in your shipment.


All assembled systems are subject to our return policies, once the assembly of the system has commenced. In addition, there will be no refund of the system assembly fees.

Shipping

In-stock items will try to ship the same day as long as you complete your order by 3:00PM and pass credit card verfication, Monday through Friday, EST.

 

If you have a rush order please call CTI as soon as the order is placed and check for status frequently with your sales person.

 

If you place your order after 3:00PM EST, or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, your available item (s) will ship the next business day if possible. 

Our office time is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  Signature required for relasing package.

 

All shipments for on-line orders are for delivery during the Monday through Friday business week. There is no option on the shopping cart for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. If any shipment is required for delivery on a non-business weekday, please phone in your order.

 

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Each order has handling fee including free shipping. Handling fee may have different amounts that depend on shipping methods, handling fee of FedEx is $5.00 or handling fee of UPS is $7.00, or USPS is $9.00. Free shipping means DHL Ground shipping that may take 5-7 business days to let customers recieve their products. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please call for details.

 

Title to and all risk of loss or damage with respect to the items shipped shall pass to buyer upon delivery by CTI to the shipping carrier.

 

Free DHL Ground shipping is only for order shipped within U.S.

 

Free Shipping can only be used by items that stated "FREE Shipping" in the product summary.

  • Free Ground Shipping excluded Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
  • Free Ground Shipping excluded all of military addresses because we need to use post office.

 

We ship to all 50 states, and Puerto Rico. We do not handle international orders. Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call or e-mail us for rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and military addresses.

 

CTI adds shipping handling and insurance on all orders according to weight and value of package. All packages are shipped FOB CTI unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

For your protection and quicker approval of credit card orders, please ensure that your shipping address is the same as your billing address on file at your credit card company. If your shipping information is different than your billing information, please contact your credit card company to submit your new shipping address.


 

Shipping instructions for all RMA’s

 

All merchandise returned must be enclosed in a box that meets all construction requirements of applicable freight classification! Packages received in any other type of container will be refused and will be returned to you at your expense. This includes but is not limited to items received packaged in an envelope.

 

All merchandise must be in a static proof bag and have at least 1 inch of protection surrounding it on all sides. Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment (this includes merchandise that was received and assumed defective by the customer), will void the warranty and will be returned to you non-repaired at your expense.

 

Computer components are sensitive instruments. To protect merchandise from shock, you will need to use a cushioning material. Foam is the best cushioning material and should be used on all sides of the merchandise inside the corrugated carton. To ensure the merchandise does not move inside the corrugated carton, make sure that you have secured the merchandise snugly with the same amount of cushioning on all sides due to the fact the carton could be dropped on any side during shipping. Seal the corrugated carton firmly using adhesive backed tape. Make sure all carton edges are sealed also to prevent any tearing. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchase are being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
